I wasn't asked if I needed to go to the toilet beforehand, and it hurt a lot during the removal process. Staff didn't ask to inform her if it feels hot, but she was vigorously sanding off the old polish that all my nails hurt afterwards. I never thought I'd say my nails hurt after getting a manicure but they do now. The gel machine was also VERY HOT!!! It felt like I was putting my hand in the microwave and I had to wave it around or pull it out then in again because I was afraid it wouldn't dry properly. Again, this is the 1st time. My hands feel like they were toasted/fried afterwards. Again, nothing from the staff whatsoever about the nails being too hot or something when placed in the UV machine. Underside of my nails also weren't coated with top gel so they feel sharp...Would recommend that the store change it's equipment.
